As a holistic therapist, I believe we all have everything we need inside of us to be whole. At this very moment, your subconscious knows exactly what you need to free yourself from anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. You understand what actions to take to walk out of your secret shame and into your greatest desire. And you know the path to your own personal fulfillment.
My work as a therapist is to help you access your own internal resources.
It is a sacred journey — one I take very seriously. I have been on this journey myself for many years, and it has led me to a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology (Transpersonal Emphasis) from John F. Kennedy University. My educational program at JFKU emphasized a melding of the theoretical with the practical and focused on a positive, life-affirming psychology in service to the soul. While I take this work seriously, I find laughter a healing and natural expression of emotion as it organically arises during session.

In addition to my academic training, I have lived through many life challenges that now give me a depth of understanding with my clients and informs my work. What my own journey has taught me is that life is not about coping with stress, pain and loss. It is about surviving our experiences and transforming them into something we can be proud of.
